This project was Located close to Leicester Square Station in Central London. Comprises or commercial office space over 3 floors above a live restaurant and below residential apartments. 

Slingsby Place, Covent Garden, London

This project was Located close to Covent Garden Station in Central London. Comprises or commercial office space over 2 floors above a live retail units and offices within a pedestrian zone area. 

Garages, Putney, London

This project consisted of 10 garages with a reinforced concrete roof to be partly demolished. First the site had to be cleared of all fly tipped waste and garages also emptied of rubbish left behind by the previous tenants.

Clonards way, Pinner, London, HA5

Clonard’s Way project was a large 4 bedroom house being converted into a 6 bedroom with an open plan kitchen and lounge. So Demolition provided the utility isolations and welfare set up as well as TW design and propping.

The Street, Ewhurst, Cranleigh

This project consisted of a timber structure building with multiple add ons through the years. Once an extended bar area of the pub it now had to be removed to make way for a new through road for 4 new house built at the rear.

Gladstone Parade, Edgeware Road

Gladstone Parade was a single large structure consisting of 6 retail units with 2 stories of residential flats above and large 2 storey extensions to the rear. When we secured the project the strip out and asbestos removed had already been completed be a previous contractor previously.

Liberty of London

SO Demolition carried out the complex works at Lasenby House, Kingly st, London for Liberty London Retail. Lasenby House is the main office building situated behind the main store and comprises of 5 floors plus a basement a ground level entrance lobby.

Grove End Road

SO Demolition carried out the careful soft strip first on this wonderful mansion house in St. Johns Wood, London. All Internal fixtures and fitting, coverings and decorative timber work was removed via wait a load trucks and compound space was limited for skips.

Bickley Road, Leyton

Bickley Rd compromised of 2 buildings, a larger brick structural and a small cladded steel frame building. First visit prior to demolition was to make the building secure by installing new locks and making the building un-inhabitable by striping out all partitions and lighting etc.
